At Twistars, your child’s spot in their class will remain their spot from session to session (except when going from Spring to Summer session). There is no need for you to “Save” your spot, we’ve got that handled for you. If you prefer not to be automatically enrolled in the next session, simply notify the office staff to complete a “drop request form” form no later than the end of Week 6 of the session. *Important: you must be paid in full for the current session no later than week 4 to be eligible to keep your spot for the following session.
Exception: Enrollment for Summer Session is not automatic. Please enroll your child for Summer Session by contacting the office.
Continuous Enrollment Requirements
Payment on your account must be current.
What happens if your child is no longer age or level appropriate for your current class?
Age: If your child is recommended to advance to the next class based on their age, you are given first preference for open spots in all appropriate classes prior to open enrollment.
Level: If your child receives a coaches recommendation to advance to the next class based on their skill level, your coach will provide you with a “recommended advancement form” which you submit to the office for placement in the appropriate class. You are given first preference for open spots in all appropriate classes prior to open enrollment.
Do you need to Switch Classes?
You will have that option during weeks 4-6 of the current term. To make the switch, simply contact the office staff by phone, or use the contact form on this website. Switching after week 6 may be an option if the class you are requesting to move into is not yet full. Beginning week 7, if you have not switched and still wish to, you can check the Parent Portal for class availability and make the switch directly through the Portal.
