Give your children more than just a vacation this summer! Give them the opportunity to experience a variety of physical, creative, social and cognitive activities at the Twistars USA Summer Recreational Camp.
Camp coordinator Kiki Wixson has a wealth of experience as a physical education teacher, accomplished gymnastics coach, and program director. This experience will be put to good use in developing a curriculum designed to be challenging, creative, content oriented and FUN!
CAMP ACTIVITIES INCLUDE
Gymnastics Instruction based on the individual ability of the child. This is a loco motor skill development program that is great for every child.
Arts and Crafts, including jewelry making, creative design drawing, collages, group projects and more. Rock Climbing Wall– An age appropriate, physically challenging traverse rock wall.
Story Time, with guest story tellers, reading aloud, role playing, story comprehension worksheets and games.
Play zone Time, which includes discovery and play time in our activity center that includes tunnels, slides, and a ball pit.
Games, Relays, Contests created with problem solving, teamwork and sportsmanship in mind.
Healthy Snack provided for both AM and PM sessions.
An energetic, fun filled, positive, safety first environment where learning is a priority state of the art apparatus, foam and resipits, TEVO video review systems and overhead spotting rigs.
